September 09,2017:Mushtaq Pahalgami expressed solidarity with the Rohingya Muslims of Burma and expressed agony over the fact that the Indian government is doing nothing to protect their interest, but is, on the contrary, ready to deport them back to hostility. This is in violation of the constitutional protection offered to foreigners on Indian soil, under article 21. Pahlgami also criticized world leaders and nations of the world for maintaining a discrete silence over the issue of mass massacare of Rohingya Muslims going on at the hands of Security forces in Mayanmar.
Pahalgami also urged and appealed to the world community to take immediate note of the matter, which is pressing and of urgent nature and has asked everybody to listen to the voice of their conscience and condemn and resist the ongoing violence.
